No, absolutely not and I can completely understand. We can still do an online call/chat, but without your camera on, no problem at all. This is about you being comfortable, it's your therapy afterall.

Yes, we can meet either in my home or a local ‘therapy room’ I sometimes rent out. I live in Reading, Berkshire, close to the centre of town, so be sure to make sure I’m within travelling distance to you. We can make arrangements by email or phone once you have booked your session. Note: this only applies to paid sessions, all free consultations are held online only.

As frequent or as infrequent as you like/feel you can manage. Once a week is the ‘norm’, but it could be monthly, or bi-weekly if that is what suits you best. Furthermore, we can always change or mix things up as we go along, I’ll always try to be as flexible as I can.

Yes, if you feel you need it and if we agree it is the right thing. There’s always a risk of overloading and therapy can be tiring, but I do understand that for some people an entire week between sessions feels too long.

No, you’re welcome to book on a ‘per session’ basis for whenever suits you best. You are only locked-in/committed if you take advantage of the discount that I offer on blocks of 5 or 10 sessions. These are non-refundable, but if you miss a session and let me know beforehand, you won’t lose it, you'll get to reschedule.

Just let me know beforehand by text, WhatsApp or email and we can reschedule. Unlike some, I do not charge for missed sessions unless it becomes a frequent occurrence (this is very rare).

It’s completely ok, just let me know during one of our sessions or via email, you don’t even have to give a reason.
